New Operational Changes

Covid-19 has affected everyone in our community, city, state, and country. In order to adjust to the new world we live in, I have had to make several changes. Some are for the health and safety of our team and clients, other changes to ensure that Bodyworks will continue to provide services for many years to come. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding!
Operational Changes for Health & Safety
Please wear a mask.
Wait outside in your car, we will come get you when it’s time for your appointment.
Once inside, you will be asked a series of questions to ensure the health safety for all of us.
We will take your temperature.
No walk-in appointments. You are required to schedule in advance.
We clean & disinfect in between each client. Which we have always done, but now it’s sevenfold. Therefore, fewer appointments per day are available.

We no longer operate with a front desk receptionist.
As a team, we answer the phone, return missed calls, and schedule all appointments. Leave a message… we will call you back. I promise.

We will be requiring a credit card in order to book online or secure an appointment over the phone. This is currently in the works and as soon as the logistics are complete, we will roll out a new policy.
We will no longer be offering discounts. If you wish to receive a discounted massage service, the Black Friday Sale & Christmas BOGO will be the ONLY option. This is a HUGE sale and well worth buying in bulk for your entire year’s worth of services 😊
Punches on your punchcard are only available with the purchase of a full price massage. Once your punchcard is full, it is redeemable for the service you typically receive. i.e. majority of your punches are from a 30 min session then you receive a free 30 min. Majority of punches received are 90 min then you get a 90 min free.
We will no longer be offering skincare services, body wraps, or scrubs.
Massage Therapy will be the one and only service provided.
Every massage place typically offers the clients a glass or bottle of water after their session. There is a reason!
What is this and why does it matter? Absolutely it matters and in a nutshell, the Flow is what you are purchasing as a part of your overall massage service. You are also purchasing the skills of the massage therapist, which is just as important as the Flow. The following paragraphs layout what my expectations are for your experience at Bodyworks.
Why you should choose Bodyworks as your go to massage place… only the best therapists work here. You are buying a service, therefore you are buying the skills of the service provider. It makes sense to choose an establishment that only allows the best service providers to work there.
With so much still uncertain, thank you for your continued trust in our team and my leadership of this operation. Both of which are key to keeping everyone safe during the phases of reopening our business.
