As the owner, the no.1 responsibility I have is to our clients (customers), ensuring they are in great hands at all times. I take this responsibility seriously. We only hire great therapists. If they aren’t great yet, we believe they can get there.  

In order to get hired at Bodyworks, the licensed therapist is required to give a massage to each one of us. That would be approximately 5-7 massages. Then as a team we talk about the candidate and decide:   

1. Will they be a good fit within our team?
2. Will they be a good fit for our clients?
3. Do they have the talent & desire needed to be successful at Bodyworks?

Once we’ve discussed all the pros and cons and everyone has voiced their opinion about the potential new hire, then we vote whether to extend a contract or not. Simple. Team oriented. Empowering. The best decisions are made together. 

In a nutshell, that is the process everyone goes through before they can work at Bodyworks and I take it very seriously.

Your qualified therapist ensures that your experience consistently exceeds your expectations. They deliver an excellent massage service. Presentable at all times. Uses good communication skills. Is polite and well mannered. Has a pleasant disposition. Most importantly, they listen to you and hear what you are wanting out of your massage session.
